Is it free to list my property on Elite Search?
Listing is through a seller plan. Plans start at ₹5,000 for 3 months, and each plan has a success commission that applies only when your property sells. The plans and their features are listed on this page.
Can I keep my property completely off-market?
Yes. A listing can show a short public teaser to attract the right members, or be kept off-market, where it does not appear in public listings or the sitemap and is shared only with eligible members.
What documents do I need to list a property?
Typically the title or sale deed chain, a recent encumbrance certificate, approved building plans or land-use conversion documents, the latest property tax receipt, a society or authority NOC where applicable, and identity and ownership proof for every owner. The exact list depends on the property type and state.
Which cities do you list properties in?
Private listings are currently in Jaipur, Delhi, Goa, Mumbai. Elite Search is based in Jaipur and has a particular interest in heritage havelis and bungalows. Owners elsewhere in India can still get in touch.
How is this different from listing on 99acres or MagicBricks?
On an open portal your address, photos and price are public, and anyone can call. On Elite Search those details stay behind membership, the title documents are reviewed first, and enquiries come through Elite Search rather than directly to your phone.
I live outside India. Can I sell my property through Elite Search?
Yes. Details and documents can be shared digitally and viewings arranged with your representative. For registration, you or your authorised power-of-attorney holder will need to complete the formalities at the sub-registrar's office.
