These terms apply when you use elitesearch.in, create an account, buy a plan, list a property or enquire about a project. By using the site you agree to them.
1. What Elite Search does
Elite Search is a luxury real estate network. We list properties privately for their owners, introduce verified buyers, and publish guides to builder projects. We are not the owner of listed properties or the developer of featured projects, unless we say so expressly.
2. Project guides
Project guides bring together developers’ published information and our own buyer guidance. Developer statements, prices, sizes, amenities, timelines and projections are attributed to the developer and may change. Nothing on a project guide is an offer, a booking or a promise of returns. Confirm the current price, inclusions, registration details and contract terms with the developer, and take independent legal and financial advice, before you pay or sign anything.
3. Accounts and verification
Give accurate information and keep your password private. We may ask for identity or ownership documents, and may refuse, suspend or close an account where verification fails or these terms are breached.
4. Private listings are confidential
Full listing details are shared with members on the understanding that they are used only to evaluate a purchase. Do not copy, publish or share a private listing’s address, photographs, price or documents, and do not approach an owner around Elite Search after an introduction.
5. For sellers
You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to sell it, that the information and documents you provide are accurate, and that you have the right to share the photographs you upload. Listings are published only after our review, and we may decline or remove a listing. The listing fee, listing period and success commission are those of the plan you choose, as shown at checkout.
6. Plans and payments
Plan prices, durations and features are shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by PhonePe. For any billing question, contact us before raising a dispute so we can help.
7. Our responsibility
We review documents and verify members with care, but we do not guarantee a sale, a buyer, a price, a title opinion or an investment outcome. Every buyer and seller remains responsible for their own due diligence, agreements and registration. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site.
8. Content and trademarks
Elite Search’s text and design belong to us. Developer names, logos, renderings and campaign material belong to their owners and are used to describe their projects.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
