Who owns Bhumika Realty?
Bhumika Realty belongs to the Bhumika Group, which describes a 60-year legacy and a presence across Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram, extended NCR and Rajasthan. Uddhav Poddar is chairman and managing director of Bhumika Group, and Siddharth Katyal is chief executive of Bhumika Realty, as quoted at The Icon’s launch.
The group lists Urban Square Mall in Udaipur as a delivered retail project and The Icon in Faridabad as ongoing. For any purchase, the company that matters is the promoter named on the RERA registration and your agreement.

The RERA registration and promoter
Haryana RERA lists The Icon under HRERA-PKL-FBD-793-2025 with Bhumika Shopping Centre India Private Limited as promoter. Check that the promoter and registration on your agreement match this record, and that the component you are buying — residence, retail or food court — is covered.
The completion date in a promoter’s filing is a regulatory reference. Your agreement’s possession clause and its remedies are what apply to your unit.
What to check before buying
Ask for a dated cost sheet that shows the area basis for the price. A rate per square foot can refer to carpet, built-up or super area, and the difference changes the real cost considerably.
- The area definition behind the quoted rate, and the carpet area of your unit.
- Parking, club, maintenance and other charges outside the base price.
- For retail: whether any lease or assured return is offered, by whom, and in which document.
- The payment schedule linked to construction stages.
- The possession clause and the compensation for delay.
