Plan arrival and everyday use separately
The Ayodhya district administration describes air access through Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. Use its travel page as a starting point, then check current services with the relevant airline or transport operator. Flight availability on your intended dates matters more than a route shown in an old presentation.
A useful visit has two parts: reaching the development and living from it. First test the airport or railway-station transfer. Then test the journeys your family would make for temple visits, meals, groceries and medical help. The home that feels convenient on an escorted visit may involve different routines after you move in.
Record the route, time and conditions
Ask for the current entrance pin and a marked route to the specific plot. Record the date, departure time, journey duration and any roadworks or diversions. A navigation estimate is a point-in-time observation; do not present it as a guaranteed daily travel time.
Repeat the important journey during the time window you expect to use it. If family visits coincide with festivals, ask how traffic management, parking and last-mile access affect the journey. Separate driving to a parking point from walking, security queues and reaching the destination itself.
| Journey | Record during your visit |
|---|---|
| Arrival point → project gate | Actual pin, route, transfer arrangement and elapsed time |
| Gate → selected plot | Internal road condition, distance and current access |
| Plot → temple visit | Parking, last mile and total time beyond the drive |
| Daily services | Groceries, pharmacy, medical help and delivery access |
| Evening return | Lighting, security process and availability of transport |
Look at the land as well as the lifestyle
Stand on the selected plot and locate its corners with the authorised site team. Compare the physical position with the marked layout. Observe adjoining uses, access roads, current services, drainage arrangements and construction activity. If a condition matters to your decision, have it independently checked rather than inferring it from a short visit.
Ask which amenities are operating, under construction or proposed. Photograph only with permission and label each image with date and location. Developer renders help explain design intent; they should not be mistaken for photographs of finished facilities.
If you cannot visit, ask for a continuous walkthrough
Request a dated video that starts at the entrance, follows the internal route and identifies the plot on the layout. Ask for separate views of the boundaries, road, nearby activity and each amenity important to you. A cinematic montage cannot resolve where a particular plot sits.
End the visit with an open-questions list: observed today, promised in writing, and still to verify. Elite Search can help coordinate a visit; this article itself is a visit-planning guide, not a report of an independent inspection.
